Tasting Notes
오래된 호박빛이 잔 속에서 묵은 윤기로 빛난다. 오크니 섬에서 37년을 보낸 하이랜드 파크 1966은 헤더 꿀과 잘 익은 과일, 아주 옅은 모닥불 연기의 향을 우아하게 피워 올린다. 한 모금은 꿀과 말린 과일의 단맛 위로 은은한 훈연과 향신료가 균형 있게 번지며 세월의 깊이를 전한다. 40.9도의 도수는 한없이 부드럽고 둥글다. 여운에서는 헤더 꿀과 옅은 연기가 길게 이어지며 잔잔히 잠겨 있다.
