Tasting Notes
짙은 호박빛이 잔 속에 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 노즈는 오크니의 짠 바닷바람과 옅은 헤더 꿀, 시간이 빚은 마른 야생화의 향이 가장 먼저 풀려나오고 그 뒤로 다크초콜릿과 옅은 훈연이 따라온다. 한 모금이 입을 채우면 41.5도의 절제된 도수가 농축된 가죽과 시나몬, 짠 캐러멜을 부드럽게 흐르게 한다. 1966년 하이랜드 파크의 시간이 깊게 머문다.
