오크니 섬의 하일랜드 파크가 버번 호그스헤드에서 30년을 보낸 스몰 배치 보틀링이다. 청량한 섬 공기 속에서 익어 맑은 황금빛이 잔에 담긴다. 향에서는 헤더 꿀과 은은한 토탄 연기, 잘 익은 과실의 향이 어우러진다. 입에서는 46.5도의 부드러운 질감 위로 꿀과 시트러스, 옅은 훈연이 흐른다. 여운은 오크니 특유의 헤더 연기와 달콤함이 우아하게 이어진다.
