노즈의 첫 층은 캐러멜, 두 번째 층은 계피와 정향이다. 세 번째로 구운 옥수수의 곡물감이 올라오며 헤븐힐 매시빔의 성격이 확인된다. 팰럿은 두껍고 달지만 호밀 스파이스가 곧바로 균형을 잡아 준다. 100프루프답게 중심이 흔들리지 않는다. 피니시는 다크 초콜릿과 마른 나무가 겹쳐 중간 이상 길이로 남는다. 물을 몇 방울 더하면 바닐라 쪽이 더 또렷해진다.
