Tasting Notes
잔을 흔들어 향을 끌어올리면 옅은 금빛이 벽을 타고 맑게 흐른다. 코끝으로 가져가면 하이랜드 파크 특유의 미네랄 위로 유칼립투스 같은 멘톨과 옅은 꿀, 은은한 왁스가 겹쳐 올라온다. 한 모금 머금으면 55.3도가 레몬과 부싯돌, 그린 티의 서늘한 결을 혀 위로 밀어낸다. 삼킨 뒤에는 자몽의 산뜻함과 깨끗한 미네랄이 오래 이어지며 리필 호그스헤드가 담은 15년의 정갈한 성격을 또렷이 남긴다.

well well well, we’re in similar territories, really. Does this one bear more mentholness? Perhaps… Eucalyptus? Maybe… Otherwise it’s classic ex-barrel HP, clean, mineral, slightly waxy, and very moderately honeyed. With water: perfect whisky. No touch this, this need not something else, this good like this. How do you like my Italian?
