this one is just as punchy as the 1974s but rather more on coffee and burnt cake. Water is needed. With water: it got rather strange, a little cheesy and very tarry and smoky. Freshly roasted coffee beans, coal, leather, damp earth, dark toffee… Spectacular and unusual

restaurant Palate

once again, a lot of lemon but also nice notes of precious wood and marshmallows. As for the power, it’s a beast. So, with water: as tarry, citrusy and liquoricy as whisky can get. Truly excellent now. A lot of black pepper

timer Finish

very long, with added notes of lemon balm and even more smoky tar. A tad resinous as well
