잔을 기울였다 다시 세우며 향을 모으면 구운 빵과 흑설탕이 먼저 마중 나온다. 코를 깊이 넣으면 마른 옥수수대와 검은 후추가 그 뒤에서 올라온다. 한 모금 굴리면 토피와 계피가 함께 번지며 알코올이 입 안에서 뜨겁게 퍼진다. 넘긴 뒤에는 가죽과 그을린 오크가 오래 걸려 천천히 식는다. 10년 싱글 배럴이 보여줄 수 있는 밀도를 충분히 갖췄다.
