Tasting Notes
오래된 금빛이 잔 안에서 깊게 빛난다. 1973년 증류해 34년을 보낸 하이랜드 파크는 오크니 섬의 헤더 피트와 셰리의 조화로 이름난 증류소다. 향에서는 잦아든 훈연과 말린 과일, 꿀의 기운이 우아하게 피어오른다. 45도의 한 모금은 보리 단맛과 토피, 옅은 연기가 매끄럽게 입을 감싼다. 싱글 캐스크로 병입된 이 노장은 헤더 꿀과 향신료의 잔향을 길게 끌어간다.

less fruity than the 1991, grassier, with also more milky tones and whiffs of freshly sawn oak but little vanilla. Very ‘natural’ malt whisky, maybe also a bit ‘neutral’. Hints of ginger tonic, green tannins, faint sourness

punchy, good attack, fruitier now, also a little caramelised. Vanilla fudge, apple peeling, malt, a little coffee and just wee hints of strawberry sweets
timer Finish
just like the 1991, it becomes drier and more marked by the oak
