잔에 짙은 마호가니빛이 그윽하게 어린다. 오크니 하이랜드 파크 16년 올드 라벨은 40도의 부드러운 도수로 셰리의 깊이를 온전히 담는다. 향에서는 초콜릿 같은 달콤한 셰리와 은은한 훈연, 말린 과실의 향이 겹겹이 피어오르고, 입에서는 검붉은 건포도와 다크초콜릿의 단맛에 오크니 특유의 헤더 꿀과 옅은 연기가 어우러진다. 원숙하고 균형 잡힌 성격이 인상적이며, 여운에서는 스모크와 향신료의 온기가 길게 이어진다.
