오크니 섬의 하이랜드 파크가 선보인 새타이어 에디션의 13년 숙성 보틀링이다. 노즈에서는 망고와 오렌지, 바나나 같은 열대 과실이 먼저 앞서고, 하이랜드 파크 특유의 헤더 꿀과 감초의 결이 뒤따른다. 43도의 도수에서 팰럿은 부드럽게 열리며, 올드스쿨한 민트와 육수, 꿀의 단맛이 균형 있게 이어진다. 낮은 도수에서 오는 섬세함이 또렷하다. 피니시는 다소 짧지만 헤더 꿀과 옅은 바닷물의 여운이 깔끔하게 남는 오크니 몰트다.

very nice and very good. Something a little old-school HP, with some mint, broth and bouillons, then these meads and honeys. Gets a little drier and narrower then, that must be the low strength

a tad short but good, no doubts. More heather honey, a little bouillon, a little seawater
