Tasting Notes
옅은 금빛이 잔 안에서 은은하게 빛난다. 오크니 섬 하이랜드 파크 12년은 40도의 부드러움 위로 자파 케이크와 온갖 꽃의 꿀, 마멀레이드에 은근한 훈연과 오트밀의 향을 겹쳐 올린다. 한 모금에는 농장 같은 풀내와 오트케이크, 얼그레이와 초록빛 감초가 또렷하게 번진다. 마른 풀과 달큰한 빵, 생강이 감도는 여운이 중간 길이로 담담하게 이어진다.

gentle indeed at first nosing, with some Jaffa cake, all-flower honey, and a touch or marmalade, but indeed something slightly rougher, smokier, and porridge-y arises. Ale, brewer’s yeast, wholegrain bread… That, I enjoy. Some oranges too. Nice
restaurant Palate
I like this, it’s firm, actually rather farmy, with some grassy smokiness, oatcakes, earl grey, tea and milk (as the, ach, English sometimes drink tea), and some kind of green liquorice. Lemon zests in the background
timer Finish
medium, grassier, with a feeling oh hay and sweet bread. A little ginger (oak) in the aftertaste, suggesting some re-racking has occurred
