Tasting Notes
잔을 천천히 돌리면 옅은 앰버빛이 유리 안쪽을 타고 느리게 흐른다. 코를 가져가면 옛 방식의 셰리다운 흙내와 시가 상자, 삼나무의 향이 하이랜드 파크다운 뉘앙스로 감돌고, 건포도와 마른 피트가 뒤따른다. 한 모금 머금으면 43도의 도수가 마른 허브 피트와 검은 과일, 파이프 담배, 왁스를 혀 위에 펼친다. 삼킨 뒤에는 짭조름하고 허브 같은 여운에 셰리와 피트가 어우러져 오래 남는다.

lovely old school sherry, all about this leafy, mulchy and earthy profile that makes you immediately think of cigar humidors, cedar wood and authentic sherry bodega funk! This one continues with sultanas, some impressions of very old Armagnac, and then some wonderful rooty and gamey notes that stray more towards medicines and dry peat
restaurant Palate
terrific mixture of dry, herbal, old school peat, soft dark fruits, pipe and cigar tobacco and then waxes, putty, herbal teas and liquorice. Kind of simple in some ways, but gorgeous and utterly lethal!
