손목을 짧게 두 번 돌린 뒤 향을 확인한다. 캐러멜과 옥수수 시럽 위로 정향과 삼나무가 얹혀 있다. 혀에 올리면 흑설탕이 두껍게 흐르고 계피가 혀 옆구리를 찌른다. 넘긴 뒤에는 가죽과 마른 오크가 서서히 옅어진다. 켄터키 버번 특유의 골격을 10년이 단단히 잡아 놓았다.
