wonderful combination of salt, bold and massive peat, lemon zest, chartreuse, razor clams, coal, a feeling of iodine tincture... With water: the minerality comes out, with even more camphor and lemon marmalade

long, saline, very peaty, with an aftertaste of candied citrus
