노즈는 라프로익 특유의 약품 같은 피트 향과 그을린 캠프파이어 연기가 가장 먼저 두드러지고, 리필 셰리 버트에서 온 옅은 마른 과일 향이 뒤따라 드러난다. 팰럿은 64.1도의 강렬한 도수를 타고 훈연과 요오드, 소금기를 머금은 단맛이 선명하게 밀려들며 가죽과 견과의 결이 깊다. 피니시는 길게 이어지며 재와 타르, 옅은 셰리의 여운이 묵직하게 남는다. SMWS 29.102 보틀링으로 강한 피트의 구조가 또렷하다.

huge gunpowder and struck matches at first nosing, but no cabbage or eggs so I don’t think anybody should claim this is a flaw. Besides, the peat does nothing but amplify those notes (fumes). Having that, it’ll burn your nostrils… So, with water: more gunpowder. A meeting at the NRA. Right, right… Also leather and cigars
restaurant Palate
huge and oily. Kumquats and massive doses of ashes and some kind of liquid tar. Very warming, to say the least. With water: less exuberant, the gunpowder turned into minerals and the tar remained there. Bitter oranges

long, more on marmalade and straight smoke. Bitterish aftertaste
