병목을 기울여 잔의 3분의 1만 채운다. 향은 캐러멜 팝콘과 정향으로 시작해 삼나무로 넘어간다. 혀 위에서는 토피가 묵직하게 퍼지고 오렌지 껍질이 그 위를 가른다. 넘긴 뒤 참나무 탄닌이 입안을 조이며 길게 물러난다. 50도라는 숫자가 처음부터 끝까지 느껴진다.
