잔을 한 번 크게 흔든 뒤 코를 대면 흑설탕과 시나몬 롤 같은 향이 먼저 열린다. 다시 맡으면 마른 옥수수와 밀랍이 뒤에서 조용히 따라 올라온다. 한 모금을 물고 있으면 진한 단맛이 입천장을 천천히 덮고 알코올이 뒤에서 밀어 올린다. 넘긴 뒤에는 오크와 후추가 깔끔하게 정리되며 사라진다. 헤븐 힐 특유의 곧은 옥수수 캐릭터가 중심을 잡고 있다.
