잔을 천천히 흔들고 잠시 기다리면 크렘 브륄레 같은 달콤한 향이 먼저 피어오른다. 코를 더 가까이 대면 오크의 탄 기운과 검은 차 향이 뒤를 받친다. 한 모금 물고 있으면 100프루프의 열기가 혀 가운데를 데우고 캐러멜이 두껍게 깔린다. 삼키면 가죽과 시나몬이 목 안에서 서서히 사그라든다. 배럴 하나에서만 나온 술답게 개성이 처음부터 끝까지 분명하다.
