잔을 가까이 하면 토피와 흑설탕이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 이어 말린 자두와 오크 스파이스가 뒤에서 층을 이룬다. 입에서는 옥수수의 둥근 단맛이 두꺼운 질감으로 흐른다. 중반부터 후추와 정향이 도수를 타고 발전한다. 피니시는 탄 오크와 다크 카카오로 길게 정리된다. 열 해를 채운 헤븐힐 원액답게 어린 알코올의 날카로움이 보이지 않는다.
