옅은 볏짚빛이 잔 안에서 맑게 빛난다. 아일라의 거인 라프로익 2000은 14년을 지나며 요오드와 소독약, 모닥불 재 같은 강렬한 훈연을 거침없이 뿜어낸다. 캐스크 스트렝스답게 피트의 골격이 한층 또렷하다. 55.4도의 뜨거운 힘 아래 짭조름한 해초와 꿀, 검은 후추가 입안을 휘감으며 묵직한 무게를 드러낸다. 여운은 길고 강건하며 그을린 재와 소금기, 바닐라의 단맛이 오래도록 타들어 간다.

perfect. Really. Clean mineral, leafy, almondy, briny, barleyish, kilny, smoky. These notes will be short. With water: water makes it even saltier. Great vintage, great little bottling. Ausgezeichnet!

perfect again. Smoked pears and lemons, plenty of almonds, hay, smoked almonds, smoked salmon, smoked anything. Fish oil. Almost forgot the lemons. With water: totally great. Fat and sylphlike at the sale time. The smoke is huge
