노즈는 커스터드와 팬케이크 쪽으로 곧게 열리고 그 뒤로 톱밥과 육두구, 계피가 옅게 깔린다. 팰럿은 달콤한 편이며 오크와 커스터드에 시럽 같은 질감이 더해지고 라벤더를 닮은 호밀의 결이 얇게 스친다. 40도라는 도수답게 무게는 가볍다. 피니시는 짧고 나무의 인상이 앞서지만 감초의 단맛이 뒤끝을 정리한다. 화려함보다 기본에 충실한 스트레이트 버번이다.
