Tasting Notes
아일라의 거장 라프로익이 리필 호그스헤드에서 열다섯 해를 보낸 1996 빈티지다. 리필 캐스크답게 옅은 황금빛이 잔에 맑게 어린다. 라프로익 특유의 소독약 같은 피트와 짭조름한 바닷내, 마른 해초의 향이 강렬하게 솟구친다. 46도의 입맛은 훈제 생선과 레몬, 바닐라 단맛이 또렷하게 맞물리며 단단한 골격을 그린다. 긴 여운에는 재와 미네랄, 옅은 단맛이 잔잔히 잠겨 천천히 사라진다.
