Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 라프로익 특유의 타르와 고무, 가죽 광택제 위로 건포도와 밀크초콜릿의 단맛이 먼저 두드러진다. 증류소 핸드필로 채운 이 2005 빈티지는 17년 숙성 54.4도에서 셰리와 피트가 무겁게 얽힌 개성을 명확하게 드러낸다. 팰럿에서는 훈연이 짙은 랍상소총과 스모크 키르쉬가 층을 이루며 발전한다. 피니시는 랍상소총의 훈연이 오래도록 길게 이어진다.

Exhaust fumes, leather polish, new sneakers, Linzertorte, Mon-Chéri, regular milk chocolate (I won’t mention chocolate with palm oil inside, out of charity), a little geraniol (geranium), rubber and tar, used matches, raisins… It’s not totally dissonant, I have to say.
