잔을 가볍게 기울이면 화이트 와인 같은 옅은 빛이 잔 벽을 타고 흐른다. 코끝에 가져가면 라프로익 특유의 이탄 연기가 이번엔 한결 순하게 오트밀과 사과, 민트, 젖은 양모 향과 함께 올라온다. 한 모금 머금으면 46도의 부드러운 도수가 둥글게 다듬어진 이탄에 자몽과 설탕에 절인 레몬을 얹어 쉽고 만족스럽게 흐른다. 삼키고 나면 훈연과 레몬 스쿼시, 레몬꽃 꿀이 산뜻하게 어우러져 은근하게 따라온다.
