옅은 화이트 와인빛이 잔에 맑게 감도는 이 라프로익 1997 하이그로브는 아일라의 대표적인 피트 몰트다. 낮은 도수 덕에 향은 부드럽게 열리며 오트밀 죽과 사과, 옅은 민트에 젖은 양모 내음이 감돈다. 46도의 입에서는 둥글고 달큰한 피트가 먼저 오고 자몽과 설탕에 절인 레몬이 상큼하게 따라온다. 마무리는 연기와 레몬 스쿼시, 레몬 꽃 꿀의 여운이 길고 산뜻하게 이어진다.
