잔을 가볍게 흔들면 짙은 금빛이 유리벽을 타고 흐른다. 코끝에 가져가면 꿀과 바닐라, 메이플 시럽의 달콤함에 따뜻한 톱밥 같은 오크 향이 섞여 올라온다. 한 모금 머금으면 45도의 질감이 혀를 감싸며 캐러멜의 단맛 뒤로 바니시 같은 강한 오크와 알싸함이 번진다. 밀 함량을 높인 이 실험적 버번은 드라이하고 오크가 두드러지는 여운을 혀 뒤로 남긴다.
