짙은 황금빛이 잔에 그윽하게 어린다. 버팔로 트레이스가 2001년을 담아 그을린 화이트 오크 배럴에서 숙성한 이 실험적 라이 버번은, 꿀과 호밀, 바닐라와 메이플 시럽의 달큰한 향을 피워 올린다. 45도의 도수에서 캐러멜의 단맛 뒤로 니스 같은 오크의 날카로움이 또렷이 드러난다. 마르며 길어지는 오크의 여운이 서서히 남는다.
