켄터키 프랭크퍼트의 버팔로 트레이스는 켄터키강의 습한 기후 속에서 다양한 실험 원액을 빚어낸다. 밀을 강조한 이 실험판은 그을린 화이트 오크 배럴에서 12년을 보내 짙은 금빛을 띠며 꿀과 라이, 바닐라와 메이플 시럽의 향이 올라온다. 45도의 입안은 카라멜과 밀에서 온 부드러운 곡물감에 니스 같은 오크의 알싸함이 겹치며 제법 강한 나무 풍미와 후추가 흐른다. 여운은 길지만 건조한 오크의 쌉쌀함과 은은한 아가베가 이어져 실험 시리즈다운 개성을 전한다.
