잔을 코앞에서 흔들면 이 보틀링 특유의 달콤한 배럴 향이 곧장 퍼진다. 바닐라와 캐러멜 뒤로 볶은 곡물과 육두구가 겹치며 향이 두꺼워진다. 한 모금 삼키면 히븐 힐이 만든 버번답게 옥수수 단맛과 오크 향신료가 균형을 이룬다. 잔을 비우고 나서도 잔 바닥에서 캐러멜 향이 계속 올라온다. 마지막에는 후추와 그을린 참나무가 목 안쪽에 남아 다음 한 모금을 부른다.
