짙은 황갈색이 잔 벽을 따라 두껍게 내려온다. 코에는 옥수수빵과 바닐라가 먼저 닿고 그 위로 마른 체리가 얇게 걸린다. 새 아메리칸 오크에서 온 탄닌이 입에서 캐러멜의 단맛을 적당히 눌러주고 그 아래로 옥수수의 기름진 결이 지난다. 47도가 그 눌림을 답답하지 않게 풀어 목 넘김을 편하게 만든다. 여운에는 구운 오크와 후추가 짧고 또렷하게 남는다.
