구릿빛 도는 호박색이 잔을 얕게 채운다. 코끝에는 캐러멜과 갓 켠 오크의 향이 함께 오르고 그 아래 옥수수의 둥근 단내가 깔린다. 입에서는 단맛이 앞서다 계피와 정향이 뒤를 밀어 올린다. 새 아메리칸 오크 배럴과 47도라는 조건이 흔한 만큼 정직하게 맞물려 군더더기 없는 흐름을 만든다. 여운은 마른 나무와 다크 캐러멜로 무리 없이 끝난다.
