세컨드필 올로로소 셰리 호그스헤드로 마무리한 21년의 숙성이, 2000년 보모어에 훈연과 셰리의 조화를 새겼다. 코에서는 절제된 피트 연기와 말린 자두, 다크초콜릿이 겹쳐 올라온다. 입에서는 56.5도의 힘 위로 그을린 보리와 건포도, 오렌지 껍질이 묵직하게 입을 채운다. 색은 짙은 호박빛이고, 여운에는 재와 셰리의 쌉싸름한 단맛이 길게 이어진다.

sharp and acidic, with a sour background. Lemon juice and new-world sauvignon blanc, then olive brine. With water: not too sure. A sour tar comes out, careful with water. Each and every added drop of water will change this baby completely
timer Finish
rather long, on brine, but with hints of plastic. Not something that never happens with Bowmore
