노즈에서는 보모어 특유의 은은한 피트 연기와 리필 올로로소 셰리가 더한 건과일 향이 동시에 두드러진다. 윌슨 앤 모건이 1997년 빈티지를 25년 숙성한 이 위스키는 48.2도에서 향이 깊고 둥글게 발전한다. 팰럿은 졸인 자두와 다크초콜릿, 바다 소금이 주도하며 셰리의 단맛과 훈연이 균형을 잡는다. 피니시는 마른 과일과 잔잔한 연기가 길게 이어지고, 아일라 셰리 숙성의 구조감이 단단한 25년 몰트다.

91 points. What I'm meaning is that we're extremely close to the one for China, which may have stemmed from the same parcel of casks. This DL is just a little sourer, more on cider apples, and perhaps more on 'acidic' tropical fruits. That's right, passion fruit and all that. Fantastic nose

just perfection. Pure, crystalline salty Bowmore, which just demonstrates that these vintages, which we were already finding exceptional when they were young (it's true that a large part of the 1980s had been miserable, but let's just stop mentioning those depressingly perfumy years), so I was saying that those vintages were stars at Bowmore, and this is more proof
