Tasting Notes
옅은 황금빛이 잔 속에 맑게 어린다. 호그스헤드에서 16년을 보낸 보모어답게 바닷바람을 머금은 훈연 위로 레몬과 꿀, 옅은 꽃향이 섬세하게 피어오른다. 57.1도의 도수에서 한 모금은 훈제 시트러스와 소금기, 바닐라의 풍미가 미끄러지듯 번지고, 보모어 특유의 부드러운 토탄과 과일향이 균형을 이룬다. 1996년 빈티지의 보모어가 지닌 우아한 해변의 스모크가 또렷하게 살아난다. 여운에는 재와 소금, 꿀의 잔향이 길고 깔끔하게 이어진다.

same whisky as above, more or less. Maybe a little bit less rounded but that may well come from the lighter %. With water: maybe a wee bit less sooty and a little more mineral? Not too sure…

same profile yet again, this is just punchier and maybe a little more peppery. With water: yes, almost the same whisky. You could down two bottles of each to try to find nuances and differences, and you’d still need more
