옅은 볏짚빛이 잔에 맑게 어린다. 아일라의 보모어 2000은 버번 배럴에서 15년을 보내며 부드러운 이탄 연기와 바닷내음, 레몬의 산뜻함을 함께 품었다. 58.7도의 높은 도수가 입에서는 훈연한 꿀과 소금기, 옅은 바닐라로 또렷하게 번진다. 쓰리 리버스가 고른 이 보틀링은 보모어 특유의 해풍과 단맛의 어우러짐을 잘 보여준다. 여운에는 잔잔한 연기와 짭조름한 미네랄이 길게 깔린다.
