맑은 황금빛이 잔 벽을 따라 부드럽게 흐른다. 1989년 보모어다운 옅은 피트 연기와 함께 망고와 패션프루트 같은 열대 과일이 화사하게 올라온다. 한 모금 머금으면 훈제향과 꿀, 바닷소금이 매끄럽게 번지며 두꺼운 질감으로 흐른다. 51.5도의 도수가 연기와 단맛 사이를 단단히 잡아준다. 아일라 보모어다운 꽃향과 과일, 옅은 그을음의 여운이 길게 이어진다.
