Tasting Notes
Colour
pale gold
air Nose
spirity and farmy, very rough, violent, medium peated. Little ‘lavenderish’ notes, that is. With water: even feintier. Mashed potatoes, butter, apple peeling. Little added lavender notes I must say
restaurant Palate
big but sugary, weirdly meaty and bitter at the same time. Bubblegum. Kind of dirty. With water: a little better for a while (pleasant saltiness) but there are weird soapy notes indeed. No more sweetness and a huge bitterness arising (grape pips)
timer Finish
long, raw, acrid
