Tasting Notes
옅은 황금빛이 잔 안에서 맑게 일렁인다. 1990년의 보모어는 호그스헤드에서 19년을 보내며 부드러운 바다 연기와 장미, 잘 익은 망고 같은 보모어 특유의 열대 과일향을 풀어낸다. 비냉각 여과로 병입되어 질감과 향이 한층 또렷하다. 46도의 매끄러운 도수 위로 꿀과 레몬, 은은한 훈연이 어우러져 섬세하게 흐른다. 여운은 길고 우아하며 옅은 그을음과 짭조름한 단맛, 꽃향이 잔잔히 이어진다.
