짙은 적갈색이 잔에 깊게 어린다. 1972년 증류해 36년을 보낸 보모어는 아일라에서 가장 오래된 증류소로, 프레시 올로로소 셰리 버트가 절제된 피트를 감싼다. 향에서는 잦아든 훈연과 건포도, 열대 과일의 기운이 우아하게 피어오른다. 45.4도의 한 모금은 무화과와 흑설탕, 옅은 연기가 매끄럽게 입을 채운다. 시그나토리가 병입한 이 노장은 가죽과 바닷소금의 잔향을 길게 끌어간다.
