Tasting Notes
버번 캐스크가 20년에 걸쳐 새긴 흔적이 향에서 가장 먼저 드러난다. Langside Distillers의 Hepburn's Choice로 2017년 53.6도 캐스크 스트렝스에 끌어낸 Bowmore 1996이다. 향에서는 짠 바닷바람과 그을린 보리, 잘 익은 살구가 또렷이 드러난다. 입안에서는 캐러멜과 시트러스 껍질, 미세한 피트가 두꺼운 질감으로 흐른다. 잘 익은 황금빛 잔의 끝에는 아일라 보우모어 특유의 짠 단맛과 부드러운 스모크가 길게 머문다.

just totally excellent. Grapefruit juice, menthol, seawater, camphor, smoked salmon, lemon, peat. Rather immaculate. With water: bone-dry white wine (verdejo, muscadet) and o.y.s.t.e.r.s.!
