짙은 캐러멜색이 잔 벽에 두꺼운 자국을 남긴다. 2008년에 채운 통을 2020년에 열어 담은 이 보틀링은 향부터 시간을 드러낸다. 구운 흑설탕과 마른 자두가 앞서고 그 뒤로 가죽과 삼나무가 스친다. 입에서는 토피의 단맛이 묵직하게 입을 채우다가 오크의 탄닌으로 갈라진다. 47도가 중심을 놓지 않는다. 여운에는 다크초콜릿과 후추가 또렷이 깃들어 있다.
