Tasting Notes
잔을 가볍게 흔들면 25년 숙성 보모어 1992의 짙은 황금빛이 잔 벽을 따라 흐른다. 코끝에 가져가면 1990년대 보모어 특유의 트로피컬 프루트 위로 부드러운 피트연기와 짭조름한 바닷바람이 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 한 모금을 머금으면 55.9도의 단단한 알코올이 입천장을 채우고 망고, 잘 익은 파인애플, 옅은 재가 풀린다. 삼킬 때 짭조름한 연기와 시트러스가 길게 따라온다.

Look, let’s keep this short and sweet: it’s a class of its own, different from the Bowmores from the 1960s in the sense that the latter were fruitier and less peaty, whilst this displays the most exceptional combination of peat smoke and tropical fruits (mostly citrus this time).
