Tasting Notes
Colour
straw
air Nose
starts on very huge perfumy and, indeed, ‘lavenderish’ notes. Almost soapy in fact, but not really offensive. Whiffs of patchouli, roses, orange marmalade and warm butter. Very little peat
restaurant Palate
there are more peat and more spices, which improves the whole when compared with the nose, but it’s still a little ‘lavenderish’ and soapy. Huge peppery blast happening on the back of the palate, which nearly saves it
timer Finish
medium long and quite pleasant, with added notes of lychees and Turkish delights – and less peat
