노즈를 가까이 하면 잘 익은 트로피컬 과실과 약한 피트 스모크가 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 하트 브라더스의 파이니스트 컬렉션으로 출시된 보모어 1966년산 35년 보틀링이다. 팰럿은 43.7%의 알코올을 따라 부드러운 망고와 패션푸르트, 약한 토탄 연기가 명확하게 발전한다. 1960년대 보모어 특유의 트로피컬 캐릭터가 단단한 구조감을 받쳐 준다. 피니시는 흰 꽃과 약한 해염이 깊게 머문다.

an orgasmic combination of tropical fruits and a sooty smokiness. Like a tennis match between both universes, sometimes the passion fruits and mangos have the upper hand, sometimes it’s the very mineral peatiness. Watching the game: ham, seawater, high-end green tea, lemon, orange blossom, hessian and coriander/sorrel. What a game!

it could have been a little weak and dry at 35 years of age but it’s exactly the opposite that happens. Powerful citrus fruits and passion fruits with a magnificent ‘coastal’ peatiness. Brine, lemon juice, mangos, rocket salad, oysters, dill… Let’s shorten the litany, it’s just fab
