오크 캐스크에서 스물여섯 해를 보낸 깊은 숙성이 보모어의 피트를 우아하게 익혔다. 1982년 증류한 이 아일라 원액은 향에서 옅어진 모닥불 연기와 잘 익은 망고, 밀랍이 부드럽게 오른다. 입에서는 열대 과일과 꿀, 가벼운 훈연이 미끄러지듯 번지고, 53.3도의 기운이 오래 묵은 오크의 결을 매끄럽게 받친다. 짙은 황금빛 아래로 부드러운 스모크와 열대 과일의 여운이 잔잔하고 길게 머문다.
