Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 1966 빈티지 보모어 40년 숙성이 안겨준 열대 과일 향, 패션프루트와 노란 망고가 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 아일라 시그너처인 바닷바람과 잘 익은 피트 노트가 뒤이어 명확하게 드러난다. 팰럿에서는 43.9도가 부드럽게 입을 적시며 마른 꿀, 잘 익은 복숭아, 오크가 단단한 균형으로 발전한다. 피니시는 옅은 훈제 산미와 시트러스 껍질이 길게 이어지며 미네랄이 잔잔히 잠겨 있다. 골든 보모어의 정수가 깃든 보틀링이다.

a sublimely delightful combination of passion fruit, mangoes, mandarins, pink grapefruit, meadow honey, and tiny shellfish, tasted as fresh as possible, straight from the sea. I can't think of what more to add

its only flaw, the finish isn't totally endless, while there are hints of oolong tea in the aftertaste (but that's not a flaw)
