Tasting Notes
아일라의 보모어가 리필 호그스헤드에서 서른다섯 해를 견딘 1989 빈티지다. 깊은 황금빛이 잔에 진하게 어린다. 노숙한 보모어 특유의 열대 과일이 옅은 이탄 연기, 바닷내와 우아하게 겹쳐 피어오른다. 50.1도의 입맛은 망고와 꿀, 짭조름한 미네랄이 또렷하게 어우러지며 매끄럽게 흐른다. 긴 여운에는 잘 익은 과일과 그을린 연기, 옅은 오크가 깊게 머물며 옛 보모어의 우아함을 길게 남긴다.
