잔을 코끝으로 가져가기 전 가볍게 흔들면 옅은 밀짚빛이 잔 벽에 얇게 매달린다. 보모어답게 향을 맡으면 바닷내음과 레몬, 옅은 장작 연기가 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 한 모금 머금으면 버번 캐스크에서 10년 숙성된 원액이 57.2도의 기운으로 혀를 찌르고, 짭조름한 피트와 단 보리가 번진다. 삼키면 갯내음과 시트러스, 가벼운 재의 끝맛이 깊게 머물러 아일라의 향취를 길게 남긴다.
