a bit like listening to John Coltrane after Kenny G., if you see what I mean. Immaculately simple Bowmore, with a little earth and even some clay, but without any deadly ‘tropical vanilla’. Oh well I know what I’m trying to say. With water: paint remover and plasticine, plus ashes and ‘new stereo’

restaurant Palate

crisp brine, seawater, grapefruit juice, and repeat. Brine, seawater, grapefruit juice… Very simple, but not a throwaway. With water: elementary, in a good way. Perhaps a touch of passion fruit

timer Finish

quite long, very clean, with a little vanilla indeed, but the smoke and the saltiness are defending the temple
