Tasting Notes
셰리 캐스크의 영향이 이 보모어의 모든 단계에 깊이 배어 있다. 아일라 보모어가 1991년 증류해 십칠 년을 채운 원액을 2005년 56.2도로 병입했다. 향에서는 훈연한 피트와 말린 자두, 다크 초콜릿이 셰리의 단맛과 얽혀 올라온다. 입에서는 그을린 오크와 건포도, 옅은 바다 소금기가 묵직하게 입을 채운다. 보모어 특유의 트로피컬 과일 향이 연기 사이로 비친다. 여운에는 잔잔한 피트와 셰리 단맛이 깊게 머문다.
